Public Notice Regarding the Stakeholder Commitment Letter
To firmly establish the green development philosophy of resource conservation and environmental friendliness, fulfill its corporate responsibility for environmental protection, and proactively accept oversight from all sectors of society, Zongyan Chemical (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. has specially formulated the “Stakeholder Commitment Letter,” which is hereby publicly disclosed on its official website.
This Commitment Letter makes solemn pledges across seven key areas: compliance with laws and regulations, project construction management, pollution control and facility operation and maintenance, environmental emergency management, promotion of cleaner production, environmental awareness‑raising and education, and acceptance of public oversight. The company will strictly abide by all environmental protection laws and regulations and fulfill its primary responsibility for environmental protection; rigorously implement environmental impact assessments and the “three simultaneous” system for construction projects; standardize the operation and maintenance of pollution‑control facilities to ensure that wastewater, exhaust gases, noise, and solid waste are consistently discharged in compliance with applicable standards; carry out measures to reduce pollution; refine emergency response plans for sudden environmental incidents and conduct regular drills; adopt cleaner production and circular‑economy practices, optimize production processes, and encourage supply‑chain partners to pursue green development together; conduct internal environmental awareness campaigns; support environmental public‑interest initiatives; and proactively accept scrutiny from the public and the media, thereby effectively safeguarding the environmental rights and interests of the general public.
The company will strictly adhere to the foregoing commitments, integrate the concept of green development into every stage of its production and operations, fulfill its social responsibility for environmental protection through concrete actions, and contribute to the sustainable development of the ecological environment.
